The Application Process

The Priority Deadline for Applications and Flexible Tuition has passed, but we are still accepting applications as space allows.

Step 1:

To get started, please create a Ravenna account, complete the application, and submit the $80 application fee.

Step 2:
Recommendation
~15 Minutes

The forms linked below should be completed by your child鈥檚 current teacher and聽 uploaded to Ravenna.

Download grades 1-8 teacher recommendation聽

Step 3:
Progress Reports
~15 Minutes

Required for grades 1-5 applicants. Using this form, upload report cards from last two years to Ravenna.

Step 4:
Flexible Tuition
~60 Minutes

Apply on the Clarity website.

Step 5:
Student Assessment
~60 Minutes

Assessments for the 2026鈥�27 school year are scheduled on an individual basis, based on availability.

Assessments for the 2027鈥�28 school year will begin in January 2027. Families will be able to schedule an assessment after submitting an application through Ravenna.

Please note: Kindergarten applicants for the 2027鈥�28 academic year must be five years old by September 1, 2027. Teacher recommendation forms are optional for students currently attending public schools.
